FAQs

  • Occupational therapy (OT) helps people do the things they need and want to do in daily life. In pediatrics, OT focuses on supporting a child’s development—physically, emotionally, and socially—through play, routines, and meaningful activities.

As an OT, I help families better understand and support their child’s development in areas like motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, sleep, routines, behavior, and more—so you can feel confident and connected in your parenting journey.

  • At this time, I am a cash-based provider and do not accept insurance. This allows me to offer fully individualized support without the limitations of insurance requirements.

  • If you have 1–2 focused questions or are returning for a check-in, a 30-minute session is a great fit. If you’re new, have multiple concerns, or want a detailed plan, I recommend a 60-minute session or a multi-session package.

  • Yes! While single consultations are available, many families find ongoing support especially helpful as they navigate new stages and challenges. I offer discounted 3 and 5 session packages for those looking for continued guidance.

These bundles allow us to work together over time — whether you’re looking to build routines, monitor your child’s development, or adjust strategies as your child grows. Packages can be used flexibly over several weeks or months, and each session is tailored to your goals.

  • No need to prepare!
Once you book, you'll fill out a short intake form to share more about your child and your goals. That way, I can come ready with the best tools, tips, and resources for your 30- or 60-minute session.

  • I’m a licensed pediatric occupational therapist, and I bring that lens to all consultations. However, these sessions are not medical treatment and do not replace formal therapy if needed.
